Lick Stones for horses

Jorenku’s lick stones for horses essential in securing the horses’ individual need of salt, minerals, trace elements and vitamins, which are essential for good health, and therefore the performance. A possible lack of these elements can result in reduced appetite, milk yield, growth, and natural resistance. Also, fertility problems and weight loss can increase.

Because of the natural licking behaviour of horses, they can balance their need for salt, minerals, trace elements and vitamins by means of a horse block.

The lick stones are produced with a high-pressure method, that makes them resistant to rain and easy to handle. They consist only of the finest and purest salt or salt with the addition of approved feed additives such as minerals and vitamins.

All variations of the stones are GMP+ certificated and approved for use in organic production.
