Ferro-Min for pigs

Ferro-Min is liquid iron supplement for piglets.

When using Ferro-Min as a supplement, infection through cannula is excluded, which reduces the problems of joint and encephalitis. Free access to iron supplement supports the pigs’ own natural regulation of the haemoglobin level.

The product’s benefits

The drinking-iron is based on Fe-glutamate, which is a special high-absorbency iron source that provides high hemoglobin and ensures piglets easy absorption of the iron supplement.

As the only product on the market, Ferro-Min is highly concentrated, which gives low processing price.

Due to the citric acid, the product tastes good. The sour taste increases the digestion of liquid, which ensures the welfare of the piglets and adds extra energy through the content of sugar in the electrolytic mixture.

Furthermore, stabilise the added organic acids in Ferro-Min the intestine and are beneficial to the overall gastrointestinal health. Low pH in the drinking water via milk- and citric acid together with electrolytes, reduce indigestion resulting in a higher growth and increased weaning weight.

The liquid iron supplement for piglets Ferro-Min is available in cans with 30 kg and in drums with 120 kg and 225 kg.
