Jorenku A/S saw great potential in liquid supplementary feed with the investments in Dan-Liq and MT LiqTek in 2017 and 2018. This has now borne fruit, and the company has increased the turnover from liquid supplementary feed tenfold. Thus, Jorenku fulfills potential in liquid supplementary feed.
The Danish disinfection manufacturer Jorenku has increased its turnover in liquid supplementary feed tenfold in the Northern European market.
This happens after the company acquired Dan-Liq in 2017 and MT LiqTek in 2018. They saw great potential in the two companies. That potential has now been fulfilled, explains Johnni Pedersen, CEO and founder of Jorenku, in a press release.
“When we decided to expand the range beyond Staldren®, we saw clear potential in offering supplementary feed as a natural part of our product portfolio. In this way, we could make it attractive for farmers to order more products from one supplier,” he says.
Jamil Kure Al-Shiekhly, sales manager and co-owner of Jorenku, explains to Effektivt Landbrug how they have succeeded in ensuring the large growth in turnover on liquid feed supplements.
“Firstly, there was a modest turnover of millions when we took over. The large growth is due to the fact that we have found raw materials directly from the supplier, such as in Asia. Therefore we have been able to offer competitive prices and thus raise turnover”, he says and adds. “Just as we have benefitted from our large dealer network”.
