Jorenku A/S, a leading Danish manufacturer of hygiene products, is thrilled to announce the promising results from a new Chinese university study. The study shows that Staldren® – a dry disinfecting powder produced by Jorenku A/S in Denmark – has an impressive ability to completely degrade both African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PEDV).
The Results in Brief
ASFV: Staldren® demonstrates its formidable effectiveness by completely degrading ASFV after just one hour of interaction. The study thus confirms that Staldren® is a new method for combating this serious threat.
PEDV: With just 1 gram of Staldren®, complete degradation of PEDV was achieved in just one hour, highlighting the product’s remarkable capacity to also handle this virus.
Global Perspective for the Pig Production Sector
